We do not hoard it, we do not sell it, and we do not maintain a centralized database of your leads or client communications. Under Google’s enterprise terms, all prompts and generated text are strictly private. Google is legally prohibited from utilizing any data processed through our application to train, tune, or improve their machine learning models.
Data in Transit: All communications between your browser extension, our Cloudflare proxy gateway, and the enterprise AI endpoints are secured using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption. This prevents any possibility of man‑in‑the‑middle interception.

RealAgent provides a defined Free Tier to allow users to fully test the capabilities, compatibility, and performance of our software prior to making a purchase decision. Because users have access to this benchmark period, all subsequent upgrades to paid plans are subject to the following terms:
We do not offer time-based free trials on our premium plans. Instead, we provide a permanent Free Tier capped at 10 leads of data storage and 25 total email generations. We strongly encourage all users to utilize this free allocation to evaluate the Service before upgrading to a paid subscription.
If you upgrade to a paid premium plan and are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, subject to our usage verification threshold.
To prevent exploitation of our infrastructure, a refund will not be granted if your account has exceeded 25 premium email generations using the paid tier resources. This baseline ensures you have ample room to evaluate the expanded limits of the paid tier while preventing malicious users from extracting high volumes of premium data and immediately demanding a refund.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time directly through your billing dashboard.

The RealAgent software, branding, UI/UX, and underlying prompt logic are the exclusive intellectual property of RealAgent. Purchasing a Pro license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool, but does not transfer any ownership rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months for the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
